1. Management is taking disciplinary action (e.g., writing up, threatening removal from employment, etc.) against RCAs for calling off sick thus making people come to work, even when they exhibit Covid-19 symptoms. 2. Management has not implemented a COVID-19 response policy about what to do for employees who contract COVID-19. Employees are not told to get tested (and, in fact, are reprimanded for requesting time off for that reason) and there are no known procedures about sanitizing workstations and vehicles following a positive COVID-19 diagnosis. 3. Management is forcing employees who have been exposed to COVID-19 to deliver mail and packages to customers, thus increasing the risk of exposing the general public.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 120
