1. The employer did not give notice to employees on their potential exposure to a COVID-19 positive case. T8 CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(3). 2. The employer did not ensure to communicate with employees on the subject and hazards of COVID-19 in the workplace, nor communicate with employees in regards to the schools Policy's and Procedures in regards to COVID-19. T8 CCR 3205(c)(1)(D). 3. The employer did not ensure employees are wearing facial coverings properly while working in the kitchen facility. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(A). 4. The employer did not ensure to evaluate the existing environment to increase ventilation to the maximum quantity of outdoor air and increase filtration efficiency to the maximum level which is compatible with the current HVAC systems located in classrooms, library, offices and the locker rooms. T8 CCR 3205(c)(2)(E). 5. The employer did not ensure that high touch surfaces and shared equipment are properly disinfected prior to employee shift changes. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(c). 6. The employer did not conduct a workplace-specific identification of all interactions, areas, activities that could potentially expose employees to COVID-19 hazards in the isolation room/area where staff intermix with possible COVID-19 positive students.
