1.The employer did not post a previous complaint letter sent on December 9, 2020 in a position so as to be easily read by employees working nearby. Additionally, the letter was not posted in its entirety and had the paragraph explaining posting requirements removed from the letter. T8 CCR 332.4 2. The employer did not prominently display the Cal/OSHA Notice of Employee Protections and Obligations entitled "Safety and Health Protection on the Job." T8 CCR 340 3. The employer did not implement cleaning and disinfecting procedures to clean frequently touched surfaces, such as rear trailer door handles and locking equipment. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(C) 4. The employer did not identify and correct the hazard of TAs being struck and run over by trucks they are inspecting. During this inspection process, TAs are required to work directly behind a truck parked on a sloped surface such that if the brake was released the vehicle would roll toward them.
