I ordered a battery powered chainsaw from an advertisment on May 6, 2021. I tracked the order and it was to be delivered on May 29,2021. I received a small package with a small chain attached with two key rings. I never ordered this. I paid with pay pal. I called the usps.

The employer did not identify and correct the hazard of TAs being struck and run over by trucks they are inspecting. During this inspection process, TAs are required to work directly behind a truck parked on a sloped surface such that if the brake was released the vehicle would roll toward them.
