1. Not properly screening staff or doing temperature checks when entering the facility. 2. Not socially distancing, staff don't work six feet apart and there is anywhere from 6 to 10 people working on a line right next to each other without barriers is place. 3. Masks a required but most don't wear them correctly and they don't enforce wearing them correctly. 4.
