Regulatory Report

8111 Tireman Avenue, Dearborn, 48126 Michigan, United States

1. No protocol is being taken regarding COVID-19. 2. When employees first come in to work only temperature is taken. 3. Employees are provided one reusable mask that is made out of a thin piece of cloth 4. There is no sanitizing of the machines, microwaves, or any equipment being used. 5. Employees cannot use the fridge but the microwave, bathrooms, and other necessities are allowed to be used. 6. Equipment is supposed to be sanitized between shifts but it does not appear to be cleaned after use. 7. There is no hand sanitizer by the machines that are used by many employees the only sanitizer is available is at the front door when employees first come in.
