1. The employer is placing employees on a 45 day administrative leave without pay for not getting the COVID-19 vaccine which they have deemed mandatory. 2. The employer is rejecting doctor's notes which state an employee should be exempt from the vaccine due to medical reasons. 3. The employer is allowing employees who have tested positive for COVID-19, are exhibiting symptoms, and are on quarantine to come into work to receive the vaccine due to fear of being placed on unpaid administrative leave. 4. Employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 and are symptomatic cannot get the vaccine per CDC recommendations. Even the facilitator providing the vaccines informed the employer of this. The employer is disciplining those employees who cannot get the vaccine with a 45 day administrative leave without pay.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 4
