Regulatory Report
Indiana 205, Columbia City, 46725 Indiana, United States
Staff is required to enter patients rooms to complete their registration process in the emergency room. As well as being required to put the wrist bands on the patients. The emergency room lobby was made into three patient rooms in which they put positive covid patients in, which is located within very close proximity to where registration staff sit; which could potentially become a HIPPA issue since patients waiting to be seen sit in chairs along the windows next to the patient rooms in the lobby. All of this required to be done while staff only has a cloth mask (which is all of the ppe that they have ever been offered) instead of being offered proper ppe such as an N95.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-03
