Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, Zehnders Splash Village Hotel & Water Park, 1365 S Main Street, FRANKENMUTH, MI, 48734, USA

1365 South Main Street, Frankenmuth, 48734 Michigan, United States

1. No masks required in waterpark 2. Surfaces can't be cleaned every time someone new touches it 3. Customers children/adults openly cough without coverage 4. Governor Gretchen Whitmer has said that waterparks should be closed right now because they aren't safe, but Splash Village refuses to close 5. Employees are forced to work in cold weather after being in the water or rain because they refuse to close the window that allows the place to be outdoor 6. The place itself should have never been considered outdoor because the window at the top only covers some of the park. 7. All side doors are open to act as more outdoor areas but children can walk out at any time into the parking lot 8. They allow employees that went home because they had symptoms of COVID to come back the very next day when they promised to not allow them back for at least 2 weeks to make sure they didn't have COVID
