Sundew Terrace, Tobyhanna, 18466 Pennsylvania, United States

1. Employees have tested positive for COVID-19, and the facility is not being sanitized to protect the remaining employees. 2. Commonly contacted surfaces are not routinely sanitized. There is an insufficient supply of cleaning products to clean the work area, and employees have had to supply their own cleaning products. 3. Employees cannot maintain social distancing while accomplishing their work. This includes social distancing between employees and guests. 4. The employer is not enforcing the use of masks. 5. There is a rodent infestation inside the establishment, and the employer has not implemented a pest control program. Location of hazards: Welcome Center (1st and 2nd Floor)
