1. Employer not informing employees who have been in close contact with COVID-19 positive cases. The employer did not give notice to employees on their potential exposure to a COVID-19 positive case. T8 CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(3). 2. Employer is not conducting regular sanitation, as well as, more detailed sanitization in areas where COVID-19 cases have worked, touched or been in contact with. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8). 3. Employer threatens to fire anyone who days anything about cases. The employer did not implement specific disinfecting protocols for areas where positive COVID-19 cases worked, touched or had been in contact with.
