There have been both staff and students positive for COVID-19. 2. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because employees, students, and visitors who wear masks are not required to wear them properly. 3. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because computers and all other surfaces are not disinfected. 4. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because employees and students are not required to maintain physical distancing of at least six feet. 5. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because students are allowed to enter the quarantine unit without appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). 6. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because they are required to use Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) restraint without masks and gloves. 7. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because they are discouraged by a hostile work environment from reporting issues of noncompliance. 8. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because initial orientation training is not followed up for enforcement. 9. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 due to lack of training about how to obtain adequate personal protective equipment (PPE). 10. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because training for employees whose primary language is not English, is not translated for them. 11.
