7 AllState Road, Dorchester, Ma. 1) Employees have to go to managers to get face coverings and handwash, and the managers do not always know where the face coverings and handwash are kept. 2) The store does not limit the number of customers allowed in at one time. 3) The store is staying open past the state of Massachusetts curfew time. 4) Seven employees have come down with covid in the last ten days. Employees have not been informed as to which depts. the sick employees worked in and employees have not been instructed to quarantine and/or get tested if they worked near the sick workers. The store has not been sanitized.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 200
