1. The employer does not have a plan in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 according to CDC guidance. 2. The employer does not provide personal protective equipment (PPE) during the pandemic. 3. The employer is not sanitizing or cleaning areas where an employee(s) tested positive for COVID-19. 4. The body armor provided by the employer does not allow for ventilation during the summer months in Arizona. 5. PPE and sanitizing supplies are provided by CBP and not the employer. 6.
