1. The employer has not performed a PPE hazard assessment for employees exposed to Covid-19 in all school settings. 2. The employer failed to create a respiratory protection program for nurses, custodians, and staff that are working with special education students. 3. The employer failed to train employees on the respiratory protection program while working with other staff and students in the special education program. 4. The employer did not train employees on how to don and duff face mask and other PPE that are used by nurses, custodians, and special education employees while working with staff and students. 5. The employer has failed to provide partitions while employees are working with special education students that may, spit including other bodily fluids.
