1. The employer is requiring employees to return to work after testing positive for COVID-19 while still displaying signs and symptoms. 2. Employees are not provided other options of personal protective equipment (PPE) when N95 respirators do not properly fit. 3. Single use PPE is not being properly cleaned according to current CDC guidance; there is not enough cleaning spray for staff to use. 4. The hospital smells like raw sewage as pipes are rotting throughout the facility and specifically in the restrooms and breakrooms. 5. The hospital is not taking temperature checks of employees prior to entering the facility. 6.
