Management failed to do a contact tracing after an employee informed the Tour 2 MDO that their child had Covid. The employee informed a union steward that the MDO instructed them to go back to work. It was relayed the employee tested positive. None of the employees in the work area where the affected employee worked were told to self-quarantine. Thereby, putting everyone else at risk. The area/s were never disinfected.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 700
