1. The employer is not following nor enforcing the companies Covid preparedness guidelines they developed. 2. Employer has not communicated with employees, pertaining to company Covid guidelines / requirements. 3. Outside vendors are allowed in the building without facial coverings. 4. Employer is not requiring employees to follow Executive Order 20-81, wearing facial coverings. 5. Management employees are not properly wearing facial coverings. 6. Management is not enforcing employees to wear facial covering properly (above their nose) 7. Health screenings are not being conducted for employees daily. 8. During breaks, social distancing is not enforced in the break area. 9. Cleaning and disinfecting is not being conducted on a regular basis on frequent touch items (door handles, keyboards, forklifts, etc.) 10. Employees are exposed to Zep-DZ7-4 (Neutral Disinfectant cleaner) that was not diluted and they were not informed of the chemical hazards. 11.
