The employer did fog the whole building with a Zep product called DZ-7 and from observing the products SDS information, it says nothing about it being a product to use in a fogging application. Also within 12 hours of fogging, they had employees back in the plant working and over 20 people complained of breathing issues including irritated throat, swelling of the throat, coughing and headache. When management was consulted about the issue, it was only resolved by them opening a couple overhead doors for an hour.

Management is not enforcing employees to wear facial covering properly (above their nose) 7. Health screenings are not being conducted for employees daily. 8. During breaks, social distancing is not enforced in the break area. 9. Cleaning and disinfecting is not being conducted on a regular basis on frequent touch items (door handles, keyboards, forklifts, etc.) 10. Employees are exposed to Zep-DZ7-4 (Neutral Disinfectant cleaner) that was not diluted and they were not informed of the chemical hazards. 11. Employer is allowing sick employees to work without following the quarantine guidelines.
