1. There has been an outbreak of COVID-19 positive cases among employees at the restaurant. The employer is not keeping other staff members informed of what is happening.2. Employees wear face masks and gloves when they are with customers, but take off the face masks when they return to the kitchen area.
3. There is concern that the employer may not be conducting screening for COVID-19 symptoms, such as taking temperatures.
