Regulatory Report

Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, Domino's Pizza, 3275 Henry St, Muskegon, Michigan 49441, USA

5 years ago business

3275 Henry Street, Muskegon, 49441 Michigan, United States

1. Thorough cleaning has not been enforced after positive covid test results - simply ignored.
2. Cash is constantly set on places that won?t be sanitized afterwards.
3. Employees are not being enforced to wash their hands; they are instructed, but little to no commitment coming from management regarding that.
4. Very often employees will take their mask off completely or pull it down under their nose - again not enough enforcement from management.
5. Too many workers for such a small place; it?s almost impossible to practice 6 ft apart with the amount of employees working at one time in such an enclosed area.
6. Incredibly unsanitary bathroom that is not enforced to be cleaned - covered in stains and germs.
7. Employees are not coughing and sneezing into their elbow, and occasionally on other people; not enforced as necessary by management. Putting signs up is not enough!
8. Delivery drivers are not committing to contact-less deliveries and/or not washing their hands or sanitizing often or not at all - again no enforcement.
9. Customers refusing to listen when asked to keep a distance while on deliveries; coming into 6 ft distance.
10. There is a lack of proper sanitization. Timers will be set and there will be reminders on the screen to sanitize and change utensils or clean, but majority of the time employees will ignore them.
11. Employees are vaping inside constantly, leaving vapes throughout the store.
12. Employees are constantly touching their phones, and then touching food, utensils, food stickers, food containers, and various other things without washing their hands.
