1. Employees are exposed to hot temperatures while working in the warehouse. Employees are required to work 12-16 hours in the heat with minimal breaks. An employee became overheated and fainted two weeks ago.2. The employer does not allow employees to social distance when picking items on the line. There are 13-17 employees shoulder to shoulder on the line.
