1. There have been 3 confirmed cases of Covid-19 and the employer has not sanitized the facility.2. Employees work between buildings and cross contaminate across different buildings in the facility
3. Employees are not able to work 6ft apart.
4. There is a sign saying that all employees are required wear masks but the rule is not enforced.
5. Masks are not always available for employees to use.
6. Employees working outside do not have access to water.
7. Employees who work outside in a covered doc are not allowed to take breaks as needed. Area is a heat tunnel and is hotter than other areas of the plant.
