I ordered 4 of the camp chairs, buy one get one free, and was charged 59.98. Less 19.98 because you could only get one free. They charged me 6.99 shipping. The order was placed Feb 19 and now it is May 7. I got nothing. However I did receive a stupid scarf from China I never ordered. I have been in contact with them for several weeks now since March complaining. I contacted their shipping site Track 17 which knows nothing. Yarene would send me a refund but not for my total purchase. They want to keep 6.99 shipping, twice. They say “someone had to pay this.” When I told them I didn’t get the first order, they said they would send it by another means which would be quicker. Never got that one either. Then they told me it would be better for me to go buy it at my local store. They now want to keep 13.98 for 2 shipping charges. I told them no. So now we are at a stand-off. So today I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Let’s see if they can do any better.
