The City of Graham announced Wednesday that wastewater discharge could potentially impact residents in the area along Salt Creek. The estimated 269,444-gallon spill from the collection system occurred Tuesday, Oct. 18 from 7:15 p.m. to 8:10 a.m. at the corner of West and South Street.
