A boil water order has been issued for customers located at 119 to 225 Village Road, 120 and 121 Blake Drive, 205 to 228 Copas Road, and all addresses on George Street and Thomas Drive in Shallotte after experiencing periods of low water pressure and outages caused by a main line break. Brunswick County Public Utilities and the NC Division of Water Resources advise consumers to boil all water or use bottled water for human consumption.
