Pamlico County officials say that customers on Gibbtown Rd, Alligator Creek Road, Alligator Loop Road, Hwy 55 from Alligator Creek Road to Gibbtown Road may experience impacts. This includes any other adjacent roads. Therefore, the Pamlico County Water Department advises that when water is restored consumers boil all water used
