After a power loss at the City of Fort Myers water plant, officials are advising residents to boil water for drinking, cooking, washing dishes, or brushing teeth. According to City Manager Marty Lawing, the boil water notice is for anyone on the city’s water system, not everyone with a Fort Myers address.
