The city of Flagler Beach said a precautionary boil water notice is taking effect Monday due to a water service interruption. Tie-in testing is beginning Monday, so residents are advised to boil water until the notice is lifted. The notice will start Monday morning at 9 a.m. and run through Friday, Feb. 17. The city says Flagler Beach residents in the following areas will be impacted: Between South 12th and South 17th streets, South Flagler Avenue, South Central Avenue, South Oceanshore Boulevard, South Daytona Avenue.
