I ordered a 20" girls bike in in July. They sent me an email with an order number and how to track it. After a month of trying to track it and not knowing where it is at, I contacted the "customer service" via email and they kept giving me a response of they are looking into it. I asked for the currier it was to be shipped through and never got an answer. They finally gave me: "Sorry.
Your courier is lost, and we will arrange a refund for you."
I am still waiting on the refund.
