I ordered an Electric bicycle for my Grandson's Birthday from Facebook Marketplace on June 24th. Aoppuy is insisting that they sent the wrong package and that it was most definitely delivered, that it was a pair of sunglasses and that they will not deliver the bicycle until I return the non existent sunglasses. Nothing has been delivered to me from this "company" . They just sent me an email stating that they will refund 20% of the $50.00 price of the bicycle because they have lost money from me keeping the sunglasses.Just to be sure, I called every single company that delivers in my area and none of them have delivered a package to my Home. Our Mailman hasn't delivered anything to my house. My only neighbors are relative's and they haven't received a package for me.
I am beyond livid.
