Two separate packages arrived two days apart, via USPS. The first package was in a 6x10" padded envelope with a bottle of 30 Keto ACV Gummies, a bottle of 60 Cleanse tablets, and a "Smart Bracelet". The Smart Bracelet looks like a very cheap imitation of a smart watch. There was no paperwork or other purchase information included. The return address was: Prest Fullfill Service, PO Box 2739, Garden Grove CA 92842. The second package was another 6x10" padded envelope with one bottle of "Male Enhancement" CBD Gummies. There was no other information included. The return address was: Prestige, 192-01 Northern Blvd., Flusing, NY 11358. Perhaps coincidence, or possibly related, were several small charges on my credit card from unknown vendors: ADAYOUTWITHDRAPERYSTOR TX (1 chrge $6.49) 8662106443, NOVELTYWRITI 8662110819 CA (1 chrg $4.97), SAFELYSHAVIN CA8662098889 (2 chrgs $5.80 & $42.98) The vendor phone numbers were listed on my bank statement. All of them led to a third party customer service company in Orange County CA, called Ultimate Solutions. They answer their phones "Customer Support". Three of these charges showed up the day before one package was shipped and the 4th fraudulent charge showed up the day after the second was shipped. There was an attempted 5th charge a few days later, but because it was larger ($144) we received a text from our credit card bank asking us to verify. The tracking history on the second package with the return address in Flushing NY, shows the mailing label was created in Bear, DE 19701, on August 9th, but accepted at the USPS Distribution Center in San Francisco, CA on August 10th. I have photos and screen shots of all these details.
