distance between them. The use of partitions or other means have not been implemented to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in these departments. 2. In shared non-production spaces, including the cafeteria, there have not been effective means to ensure social distancing between employees. Signs have been posted which encourage the use of distancing, however, there is no enforcement of distancing. In some locations, the physical size of the room or area is too small for the number of occupants to safely space themselves. 3. Within the processing departments, the speed of processing has not been utilized to increase social distancing. At high speeds, employees must also work more strenuously. 4. The employer has stopped the routine disinfection of surfaces which receive high traffic of touching with hands. Examples of such surfaces includes the hand rails used on stairs. 5. The employee bathrooms occasionally run out of soap which prevents the effective cleaning of the employees hands.

Received a bottle that I never ordered, charged our card, wife ordered a mug from Starbucks, and that is when they charged our card twice. My wife thought she was ordering a cup from a Starbucks email, but instead they charged our card twice for almost 200 dollars
