1. The company has had a large increase in COVID-19 cases. There are currently eight employees with the virus and well over a dozen more either waiting for results or are currently getting themselves tested. 2. Close contact in the production line has roughly 65 people on
it. 3. The company has been very relaxed in their cleaning 4. The employer did fog the whole building with a Zep product called DZ-7 and from observing the products SDS information, it says nothing about it being a product to use in a fogging application. Also within 12 hours of fogging, they had employees back in the plant working and over 20 people complained of breathing issues including irritated throat, swelling of the throat, coughing and headache. When management was consulted about the issue, it was only resolved by them opening a couple overhead doors for an hour.
