1. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan for COVID-19. There have been nine employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last three weeks. Employees who were in closed contact with someone who tested positive were not
quarantined or sent to get tested. The ones that got tested were going to work without knowing the results potentially exposing other employees to the virus. Social distancing is not maintained in the breakroom and while working. 2. The employer has not provided adequate sanitization in the facility, common areas and work areas after confirmed COVID-19 positive cases.
