T8 CCR § 3203(a)(4) and (a)(6) - General Manager is allowing employees to come into work with Covid-19 symptoms. A symptomatic employee came in contact with customers and other employees on Thursday August 20th. The symptomatic employee made it clear to the General Manager that she had symptoms before her shift but still made employee come to work because according to General Manager, fever is the only symptom an employee must show which is extremely concerning. Employees and patrons concerned with potential exposure to Covid-19.
