The employer does not have a COVID-19 Response Plan to prevent the spread in the workplace. The three grounds crew share a mobile home as an office and they have all had COVID-19. The employer has not wiped down all commonly touched surfaces to prevent the spread of the virus. Three employees use a mobile home for an office and there are spiders and termites. There is no A/C in the mobile home for the three grounds crew employees.
