During the COVID-19 pandemic, the employer is not following all CDC and VOSH Emergency Temporary Standard requirements in that: 1. The employer is threatening employees with disciplinary action (write up and/or termination) for calling in sick with COVID-19 symptoms. 2. The employer allowed an employee to come into work with COVID-19 like symptoms for several days, exposing up to 12 employees and several customers. 3. After becoming aware that an employee had been exposed to a COVID-19 positive family member, the employer would not accept the employee's call-out and stated the employee would need two positive test results to confirm a positive COVID-19 case. 4. The employer does not require employees or customers to wear face coverings and is not enforcing the use of face coverings. Employees and management take off their face coverings if there are no customers inside the restaurant even when they are within 6 feet of each other. 5. The cashier does not always wear face coverings and there is no physical barrier to protect the employee or customers from contracting/spreading COVID-19.3 weeks ago •reported by user-kpvbj826
