1. Water leak in men's bathroom creating a slipping hazard 2. No enforcing of social distancing. 3. Employer not providing employees with masks and hand sanitizers. 4. No toiletries in men and women bathroom's. 5. No temperature check. 6. No plastic frame in between our cases. 7.
No signs are posted around office about social distancing and mask being worn at all times.
