1. Employees are exposed to a sanitation hazard in that the toilet bowl of the bathroom available to employees is not bolted to the floor and the seal at the soil drain leaks toilet bowl liquid on the surrounding floor. 2. Employees are exposed to a struck-by
hazard from the unstable toilet bowl that is not bolted to the floor in the bathroom used by employees. 3. The water has not been secured to the toilet in the bathroom that has been converted to a storage closet, and it exposes employee to a sanitation hazard, overflowing when flushed. 4. Employees are exposed to a sanitation hazard in that they are unable to wash their hands with the handwashing sink in the kitchen not functional. 5. Employees are exposed to a slip hazard in the kitchen in front of the dish sink in that the housekeeping regimen is allowing standing water on the floor, creating a slip hazard. 6. Employees are exposed to a sanitation hazard in that the refrigerator designated for employees to store their personal food has not been cleaned and spoiled food is not removed. 7. Employees are exposed to a health hazard from an infestation of roaches and fruit flies. Dead fruit flies remain in dishes at the bar where employee beverages are kept. 8. Employees are exposed to a sanitation hazard from the pitcher cleaner that has not been cleaned or sanitized. 9. Employees who clean bathrooms and tables are not provided gloves, exposing them to sanitation, chemical, and infection hazards. 10. Employees have not been provided a cleaning regimen for areas and surfaces touched by employees and customers that could potentially become contaminated with COVID-19. 11. Employees are exposed to electric shock hazards from electrical outlets in the bar and lounge areas that do not have face plates and have live wires protruding from the outlets. 12. The building with an employee and customer capacity in excess of 30 people has only one exit at the front customer entrance for emergency egress. The side exit has been blocked by a wall covering, impeding a potential egress route for employees.

Received the most awful, cheap jogging bottoms, that cost £36 +pp from a website that no longer exists. I've seen the same pair since on Temu, selling for £4!!! Problem is, they sat with this shipping service called MPAY UK, for so long, I couldn't return them
to the seller, or contact the seller, because they no longer existed, absolute scam, and this dispatch centre totally in on it!!!

Dgtgooddons this is a scam don’t buy stuff. Scammed by Sgt goddons Singapore. I ordered 17$ worth shoes from Sri Lanka almost 4 months ago. Never informed or updated on shipment.
