Employees working at the rental office of 635 Amherst Road Sunderland, MA are exposed the hazards associated with COVID 19 due to: 1. Employer has not developed and implemented an infection control plan which addresses requirements such as but not limited to isolation and quarantining of employees
when a known exposure to a positive or resumed positive employee has occurred. These requirements detail the process by which an employee is required to quarantine, for what length of time and under what circumstances they may return to work.
