Wearing face coverings is optional when working in the office and for field carpenters when outdoors and less than six feet away from each other. Title 8 CCR § 3205(c)(7)(A) 3. The employer failed to ensure that COVID-19 cases are excluded from the workplace until the return to work requirements of subsection (c)(11) are met. Employees that tested positive for COVID-19 returned to work after 3 days of quarantine. Title 8 CCR § 3205(c)(10)(A) 4. The employer failed to exclude employees with COVID-19 exposure from the workplace for 10 days after the last known COVID-19 exposure to a COVID-19 case. The employer encouraged employees that had COVID-19 exposure to return to work as soon as possible, not requiring them to quarantine for the 10 days. Title 8 CCR § 3205(c)(10)(B)
