On Jan 11, 2023 I ordered a welder from cyruses@vipservice.com and when I received my package on Jan 26, 2023 all I got was a package of 5 pairs of socks.

I order boots from this company and receive them but they weren't what I expected they look cheap made not of leather, so I return to the address above which was the return address. after the boots was return on Dec. 3, 2022 to Jet located at
the address above, not one time was contact ever made by them. So then I get an answer from a HOLA's me 3 stating they received my email about these boots being return. So I wrote back asking when can I get my refund of $64.15 but I didn't get a response except for we receive your email and will respond within two days. Everytime I mention my refund can't get no answer. I am frustrated and I am done.

I received my package on December 14, 2022 and it was not what I ordered I ordered 3 Dooney & Bourne purses as the Facebook video said it was QVC. These purses are knock offs. There was no information listed in and or on the package verifying
the company or how to return the product. The label on the package had “Return Address: Only for Return
12500 Slauson Ave. Unit B1A (Not Seller Address) Sante Fe Springs, CA 90670”
The order was placed on 11/23/2022. After placing the order on what appeared to be QVC it stated order complete. I then received a text saying my credit card had approved a charge for UNIOOS.COM. I had never heard of them and immediately called my credit card company to investigate. After the investigation was complete my credit card company told me that I would need to contact the company to see about returning the products and how to get a refund. I was then given an email address to contact them. I emailed them on 12/26/2922 and I have not heard from them.
I went on their website and it stated that you have 30 days to return the product but they would have to be contacted first before sending the product back. It also stated that the company would email a return label for the return.
As of 01/03/2023 I have not heard from the company. There I looked up the return address listed on the package.
It appears that whoever this company is, they are using QVC information to show the products but once the order is placed it is not QVC.
