1. Patients come into the office without masks. They are provided one only after someone is available to give them one which can be up to 10 minutes since they are so busy on the phones. 2. They have had positive covid 19 patients in the office
and have not tested any of their employees nor informed anyone the patient came in contact with. 3. They have not abided by social distancing. 4, They have had anywhere from 4 to 6 people in the waiting at times over 20 minutes. It's a small room. Spouses and caregivers huddled over each other because there is not enough chairs for all the people they have in there. 5. People in waiting rooms are constantly taking off their masks regardless of staff telling them to keep them on. People have been told 4 times with no threat of them being told to leave. 6. The waiting rooms are not being sanitized between patients.
