Magnetic Building Panels never received from Foundensy, Ohio, USA

I placed an order online from Foundensy for 4 sets of magnetic building panels. I never received the product and went back and forth in emails about it and they said it was delivered and basically could do nothing else about it. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do that either since it shows the product was delivered. I had the post office track the package and it shows a 6 oz package was delivered on that day but had a mismatch of physical address. My package should have weighed much more than that but I didn't get any package that day. Below is a copy of an email.
