The employer failed to encourage employees to inform employers of workplace hazards without fear of reprisal. T8 3203(a) Employer retaliated against PII after he complained that working with patients who potentially carried COVID 19 without a facemask or gloves with or without symptoms violated state and federal guidelines. T8 3203(a)PII was retaliated against for reporting a sink intended for hand washing lacked soap to prevent the spread of COVID 19. T8 3203(a) T8 3366(b) PII was discouraged from wearing PPE because it might cause patients or other employees to panic. On March 30, 2020 PII returned to work wearing a painter's mask, gloves and safety goggles over his prescription eyeglasses. PII was confronted by his employer who objected to the PPE he was wearing. T8CCR§5199 Employer is not screening patients. Walk-ins who are not medically cleared for COVID-19 are being taken, exposing employees. Recently 5 patients tested positive, and this hospital is not supposed to take Covid cases. Hospital does not provide N-95 for breathing treatments like inhaler, and other breathing

treatments. Hospital some times provide surgical mask. Employees have to buy their own mask. Employer is not enforcing the use of mask among the patients even if they are coughing. There are no cleaning and disinfection supplies for employees to clean high contact areas. Staff is not being informed about accidental exposures after taking care of patients.

Lack of Vitamin D in meat bird diets can lead to mineral deficiencies and bone issues, including rickets in growing birds. Symptoms include lameness and rubbery bones.
The recalled product is:
- Product: Nutrena® Country Feeds® Meatbird 22% Crumble (RV), Size: 50 lb. bag, Lot Code: All lots, Product Code: 95188, Species: Meat birds (Broilers, Turkeys, Ducks, Geese and Pheasants, Manufacture dates: July 2022-March 2024, Shelf Life (Days): 120.
The lot code and manufacture date can be found on the bottom right-hand side of the label.
