T8CCR§5199 Employer is not screening patients. Walk-ins who are not medically cleared for COVID-19 are being taken, exposing employees. Recently 5 patients tested positive, and this hospital is not supposed to take Covid cases. Hospital does not provide N-95 for breathing treatments like inhaler, and other breathing treatments. Hospital some times provide surgical mask. Employees have to buy their own mask. Employer is not enforcing the use of mask among the patients even if they are coughing. There are no cleaning and disinfection supplies for employees to clean high contact areas. Staff is not being informed about accidental exposures after taking care of patients.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
