There is no social distancing nor is there any signage or precautions taking place regarding social distancing in the lobby or anywhere in this store. 5. There is still a cooler in the front lobby where clients serve themselves drinks. 6. Employees were not provided face shields or any eye protection for the services that require them to be close to a clients face. 7. There is no screening taking place of customers or employees when they come into the store, nor were the employees provided with any information or tools on how to follow such a procedure. 8. Wearing a mask is completely optional for clients and employees. 9. Employee work stations are not cleaned between clients, nor is the seating area or shampoo area after they have been used. 10. There is no barrier in-place at the front desk for checking clients in or cashing them out. 11. There are no signs posted regarding social distancing, nor are there any markers are on the floor to help with the flow of traffic. 12. There are no restrictions on how many people can be in the building at once. If there is a full lobby then so be it. The more the better so there's more money to be made. 13. The employer has said that because employees are contractors, the business doesn't have to follow the guidelines. 7. There have been no plans set out for employees, and employees are not screened everyday to verify their well being.
