The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) Employees were not notified of covid positive cases in the workplace in accordance with the Virginia Department of Labor's Emergency Temporary Standard §16VAC25-220. b) Adequate administrative and
work practice controls were not in place to prescreen or survey employees prior to the commencement of work. c) Employees that are known or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 are allowed to report to and remain at work. d) Common and shared workspaces were not cleaned and disinfected following the exposure of COVID positive employees. e) The employer has failed to report covid positive employees to the Virginia Department of Health and the Virginia Department of Labor in accordance with §16VAC25-220.

I received a WORN wig that I did not order from this meng zhao. It is like straw! And it was smashed into a small mailing bag with no cover or protection. This is outrageous! I ordered a wig from who I thought was a reputable company, this Meng zhao needs to go to jail. This is completely a scam.

The absolute worst! Product faulty- mis representation and no resolution offered for $50+ dollars spent with pictures of proof and the “best” resolution was $5 is dollars. How is a $5 refund a solution for $50 and an unusable product.

Two drums that I just reported to you that I received and did not even order. They pulled my credit card off of my computer without my permission and I have no idea what credit card they use or anything. I have no idea what the things
cost. They just show
I looked at these drones on Facebook. I put my first name in my last name, and after that I left the site didn’t think a thing about it did not give them any personal information whatsoever. Apparently, they are able to pull your credit card off of your computer because the next thing I know I’ve got two Drones sitting at my house Not even want these cheap things there is no way of sending them back. There is no invoice. There is no nothing so I have no idea how to take care of this. I looked up their name their address in New York no longer in business..
