1. The Postal service failed to report the names of the employees working on Flatsorter #7 that were exposed to Covid-19 after being notified by the positive employee on 09/19/21 to the tour 1 manager. The Greensboro district stated that the rules had changed and they no
longer report the employees exposed to COVID-19 names. 2. The contaminated Flatsorter #7 work area has not been cleaned and disinfected as of 09/26/21. 3. The four employees who were possibly exposed were told that they had to use their personal leave if they quarantined while waiting to get tested and the results. Employees were not allowed to stay out of the workplace for the 14 days as stated on the test results report after receiving a negative results. This is not the first time that this has happened within the Postal service.

After numerous employees have tested positive for COVID-19, the employer is not making employees aware of possible exposures. Bloody vomit from a potential COVID-19 positive employee was left splattered throughout the woman's locker room, bathroom for several hours before being cleaned by a staff member. Bathroom was
reopened shortly after cleaning and no cleaning was made to the locker room area. Employees were threatened by manager for speaking up about the hazard and potential COVID-19 exposure. Employees do not feel safe at work.

Complaint 1: The employer is not providing adequate precautions for preventing transmission of COVID-19 where employees have tested positive in that the affected work areas are not being sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines and employees are not being informed about potential exposure in a timely manner.
Complaint 2: Main entrance (turnstile) which is a fire escape route is locked with zip ties and has caution tape around it, creating a fire safety hazard.
